"Zielchen und Merriem"

after some time of not posting, here i go again.

"Zielchen und Merriem"
time flies, and all of a sudden my kids are so big that i can hardly imagine there ever was a time without them around. very recently, anna (3 1/4 yrs) has named her two fluffy toy cats "Zielchen und Merriem". Strange names, where'd she got those from? Julia (21 Months) has developed a trait of discussing a lot and never giving in. most of her arguments are "no" and "why". So much life to come home to every day, it's great!

I have now finished my first weeks at INKA, a HSBC subsidiary, develeoping WinForms in C#. A step, as I recall, I have first uttered the wish to take, back in 2004.

tomorrow i will post a blurb about software design patterns, since i have had a good / bad time with them.

Light on the horizon

BIIIIG news!!!

Well, at least for us...
We finally have the keys for our new home, so a major move is impending.
The next few days will mark the end of my Wuppertal citizenship,...somewhat strange.
I'm counting down the days till we pack up our belongings.

I know...who cares?!? I do!

Sweet January

After quite some time it seems we don't have to make trouble a hobby.

The keys for our real estate will be handed over shortly, all flaws have been discussed away (that's talking until they don't disturb you anymore, because talking is far worse a nuisance...), and we will most probably be in the rotten bunker by the end of Sweet January.
Musicing goes on pretty well at the moment. nearly completed my never-to-be-released song "old iron" and will compose more after that.

I am in a good mood to do more right now. I hope I'll find the time. Business as ususal.

Time flies...

It's past middle of November now and we still haven't moved into our new home, which should have happened about 3 weeks ago. Thus, the dream of a nice Xmas 2006 in our own house will probably remain a soap-bubble.

patient, young padawan, is the winner of the game, eventually.

Announcing Julia

Wahoonies.

It's summer, the soccer World-Cup has just ended and everythings nifty as a pearl. Although the amount of spare time i have has decreased dramatically after getting the first daughter, i still found dozens of ways to spend it. currently it's songwriting.

Now my second daughter, Julia, has arrived. As a friend of mine said: I'm building up my own soccer team. We are all happy that she's in good health and pretty hungry all the time.
